Credits and purchases

The wallet and packs are shared across products through Watchirl. One credit corresponds to 10,000 microcredits. The French reference prices are 150 credits for €4.99, 500 for €14.99 and 2,000 for €49.99. On iOS, the price and currency displayed by Apple before confirmation take precedence.

The iOS launch in the European Union uses Apple purchases. These packs do not add a subscription. Existing subscriptions remain independent. Purchased credits do not expire; promotional or subscription allocations may follow their own explicit terms.

Each paid action presents its spending authorisation. An estimate is not necessarily the final consumption. An operation already reserved may still be settled after an interruption; a repeated purchase must never credit the same transaction twice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions offered on compatible channels renew according to the period presented before payment. Annual billing costs ten monthly payments on the selected channel and provides twelve monthly allocations. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period. Downgrading preserves your creations and limits new overages. Subscription benefits remain specific to Nocha.

A refund results in a compensating entry, proportional in the case of a partial refund. The final price, currency, taxes and renewal terms are presented by the payment provider before confirmation.

Purchase support

To recover a mobile purchase, sign in to the original Watchirl account, then use Sync my purchases on iOS or Restore purchases on Android. Manage an existing subscription with its original provider. On the web, subscription management provides access to invoices and payment methods. A pending payment should be refreshed without starting the purchase again. Contact: contact@nocha.world.

Refunds and balance

Apple purchases are subject to Apple’s refund procedures and applicable mandatory rights. In the event of a refund, the remaining allocation is removed. If refunded credits have already been consumed, the outstanding amount is displayed and new paid spending is blocked across products until it is settled. New credits first reduce this outstanding amount.

Deleting Nocha access does not delete the shared wallet. Reconciliation and refunds may continue after an account is closed to fulfil applicable transactions and obligations.

Commercial prerequisites

Commercial activation is conditional on verification of professional, consumer mediation and tax information and applicable contracts. No right of withdrawal is deemed waived merely by viewing these terms.
