Access and account

Nocha World is intended for people aged 16 and over. Some experiences are restricted to adults. Declare your age range accurately and protect your sign-in credentials. An unknown classification is treated as adults-only until it has been assessed.

Authenticated use requires acceptance of the applicable version of these terms. Documents, support and data-related requests remain accessible without acceptance. The privacy policy provides information; viewing it does not constitute general consent.

Creation, ownership and hosting

You retain your rights in the content you contribute, subject to third-party rights. You must have the necessary permissions, particularly for images, voices, trademarks, software and people depicted.

To provide the service, you authorise Nocha, on a non-exclusive basis, to store, reproduce, technically adapt and display your content to the recipients you choose. This authorisation is limited to the operation, security and requested distribution of the service, for as long as retention of the content is necessary. It grants no right to sell your content independently.

Artificial intelligence outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate or similar to existing content. Check results before distribution; generation alone does not guarantee exclusive rights or accuracy.

Sharing and versions

A private experience is accessible to its authorised members. An unlisted experience is accessible through its link. A listed experience appears in the public catalogue after approval. Copying a link does not change visibility.

Participants use a shared version. A new catalogue submission retains the previously approved version during its review; the draft may continue to evolve. Approval applies only to the submitted version and metadata.

Teams bring together members and experiences. A team management role does not grant editing rights to an experience. Rights from multiple invitations or teams may accumulate.

Safety and decisions

You can report content from the Nocha interface and contact support if an experience no longer works. Reports are confidential with respect to the creator. Suspension may make an experience inaccessible, including through a direct link. A decision may be appealed to Nocha.

Blocking prevents new direct invitations in both directions. It does not remove existing memberships or filter shared interactions. A warning requiring confirmation informs you when a blocked account is present in an experience with interaction between participants. Solo experiences and conversations with an AI do not trigger this warning.

Transfer, departure and changes to the service

An ownership transfer requires acceptance by the recipient. The offer expires after seven days; a pending request is not a transfer. Third-party rights and service rules continue to apply.

Before deleting your Nocha access, check which experiences have been transferred and which will be deleted. Deleting Nocha access preserves other products and the shared wallet by default. Any global closure when no membership remains is explained separately.

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance or security. Material changes to the terms are presented before renewed acceptance. These terms do not limit your mandatory statutory rights.
